Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • We accept returns for journals, planners, inserts, dashboards, sticky notes, pens, bookmarks, and accessories.

  • Used products are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the order

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

  • If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days at info@ashlacole.com and we’ll make it right.
