Overview
By visiting or purchasing from Ash Lacole, you agree to the terms listed below. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Usage
All products including journals, planners, inserts, and accessories are for personal use unless otherwise stated. Reselling, copying, or redistributing Ash Lacole products or content without permission is prohibited.

Order Accuracy
Customers must provide correct shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Pre-Order Items
If a product is marked as Pre-Order, delivery can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change based on production or supplier schedules.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship using USPS. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Carrier delays are outside of our control. International delivery can take 14 to 21 business days and may be impacted by customs processing.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Used items are not eligible for refund. Return requests must include order number, name, and email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued once the return is inspected and approved.

Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payments must be completed at checkout. Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact may result in order cancellation and a ban from future purchases.

Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, and design elements are owned by Ash Lacole and may not be used without written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Ash Lacole is not responsible for: lost packages, shipping delays, printing variances, minor design differences, or customer dissatisfaction with used products. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase amount of the order.

Privacy & Communication
By placing an order, you agree to receive emails regarding your purchase, tracking, and customer support responses. We do not sell personal information.

Customer Conduct
Harassment, threats, fraud, or abusive communication toward Ash Lacole staff will not be tolerated and may result in legal action and permanent account/order blocking.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida.

Changes to Terms
Ash Lacole may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or purchases confirms acceptance of any changes.
